Sauté the onion in butter until lightly golden.
Add the drained bulgur and sauté it with the red pepper flakes and salt for a few minutes.
Crack the eggs over the bulgur mixture. Cook over low heat, stirring, until the eggs reach your preferred doneness.
Important: Cook the bulgur ahead of time and drain it thoroughly; otherwise, the skillet may turn watery. After adding the eggs, lower the heat and cook gently. Allergens: contains eggs and wheat/gluten (bulgur).
