Cook the Pasta

Inspired by Black Sea cuisine, this simple pasta dish combines toasted hazelnuts with melted butter. It is a practical option that comes together in minutes with just a few ingredients.
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to the package directions. Before draining, reserve 200 ml of the pasta cooking water.
Melt the butter in a skillet and add the coarsely crushed hazelnuts. Toast for 2–3 minutes, stirring constantly, until lightly browned.
Add the drained pasta to the skillet and toss, adding the reserved pasta water gradually if needed. Season with salt and black pepper.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Important: Stir the hazelnuts constantly as they toast; they can burn quickly and turn bitter. Contains wheat/gluten (pasta), tree nuts (hazelnuts), and dairy (butter).
