A soft, satisfying baby puree made with carrots and potatoes. With its mildly sweet flavor and smooth texture, it is a nourishing lunch option for babies from the sixth month onward.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Chop the vegetables

8 min

Peel the carrot and potato and cut them into small, even cubes.

2

Steam the vegetables

18 min

Steam the vegetables, or cook them in a little water, for about 18 minutes, until soft enough to mash with a fork.

3

Puree and serve

4 min

Blend or mash the cooked vegetables with a fork. Stir in the olive oil, if desired, and adjust the consistency with boiled, lukewarm water. Serve lukewarm.

Reminder

Important: Do not add salt or sugar to baby food. Introduce new foods one at a time, follow the 3-day rule, and watch for signs of an allergic reaction. Consult your child’s pediatrician about their feeding routine. Prepare the puree fresh and consume it the same day.

Buzdolabında beklerken kabuğu sertleşti, önerdiğiniz gibi örtmemişim.
