Boil the Cauliflower

Drain the hot cauliflower and mash it with the avocado in a bowl until smooth. Drizzle with olive oil.
Let the puree cool until warm, then divide it among small containers. Refrigerate any portions that will not be eaten the same day.
Do not cook the avocado. Mash it with the hot, boiled cauliflower; heated avocado can become bitter.
