Separate the cauliflower into florets and wash them.
A mild, easy-to-digest cauliflower purée that adds variety to a baby’s vegetables. From the eighth month onward, it is a neutral-tasting, soft-textured snack for babies getting used to new flavors.
How to make it?
Steam the cauliflower or cook it in a little water until tender.
Blend until smooth with some of the cooking water and the olive oil.
Reminder
Do not add salt to baby food; cauliflower’s mild flavor is enough. When trying a new food, follow the three-day rule and watch for signs of an allergic reaction. Consult your child’s doctor about their feeding plan. Serve the purée fresh; refrigerate for no more than 24 hours.
