These winter cookies combine the sweet, earthy flavor of chestnut purée with buttery dough. Coated in powdered sugar while still slightly warm, their lightly moist texture adds a special touch to tea on cold days.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Prepare the dough

8 min

Beat the butter with the powdered sugar, then add the chestnut purée and vanilla and mix.

2

Add the flour

6 min

Add the flour and mix just until the dough comes together; do not overwork it.

3

Shape and bake

16 min

Pinch off small pieces of dough, roll them into balls, and arrange them on the baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven until lightly colored.

4

Coat with sugar

6 min

While the cookies are still warm, coat them in powdered sugar.

Reminder

Contains wheat (gluten) and dairy. Important: Use unsweetened chestnut purée; sweetened chestnut spread will throw off the recipe’s overall sugar balance.

Tarif güzel ama anlatım biraz karışık geldi, adımlar netleştirilebilir. Bu kadar yağ gerekli mi emin değilim, azaltarak da güzel oluyor.

Un miktarını biraz azaltınca kıvam daha iyi oldu.
