Make the coffee

Argentina's no-bake classic, chocotorta, is made by dipping leftover chocolate biscuits in coffee and layering them with a mixture of dulce de leche and cream cheese. A small amount of Turkish red pepper flakes in the filling gives this version an unexpected, bold finish.
Brew the coffee and leave to cool without sweetening it.
Beat the dulce de leche, cream cheese, room-temperature butter, Turkish red pepper flakes and salt together until smooth.
Quickly dip the biscuits into the cold coffee and arrange them in a pan. Spread a thin layer of filling over them. Repeat until all the biscuits and filling are used.
Cover the pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, then slice and serve.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting; otherwise, the layers will fall apart. Allergens: contains wheat (gluten, biscuits) and milk and dairy products (cream cheese, butter).
