Cook the pasta

Sautéed chicken combines with cream and Parmesan in this hearty, creamy pasta dish. With its rich sauce and protein-rich ingredients, it is an easy choice for a weeknight meal or a simple dinner with guests.
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. Reserve a ladleful of the cooking water before draining.
Melt the butter in a skillet and sear the cubed chicken over high heat. Add the finely chopped garlic and sauté until the chicken is fully cooked.
Reduce the heat and add the cream. Once it comes to a gentle simmer, stir in the Parmesan, salt, and black pepper. If the sauce thickens too much, add some reserved pasta water to reach the desired consistency.
Add the drained pasta to the sauce and toss. Garnish with finely chopped parsley and serve hot.
Make sure the chicken is fully cooked and its juices run clear when cut. Contains gluten (wheat) and milk. Cream sauces thicken as they sit; stir in a little milk when reheating to loosen the sauce.
