This spaghetti is one way Cuban cooks use up leftover ground meat dishes the next day. The cooked ground meat is turned into a sauce with tomatoes, olives and fresh cilantro, then combined with spaghetti. Quick to prepare, it is practical for busy evenings.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Make the ground meat sauce

10 min

Sauté the onion and garlic cloves in olive oil. Add the cooked ground meat, grated tomatoes and olives and cook for 10 minutes.

2

Boil the spaghetti

9 min

Boil the spaghetti in salted water for 9 minutes.

3

Mix and serve

2 min

Toss the drained spaghetti with the sauce, scatter with fresh cilantro and serve.

Reminder

Do not drain the spaghetti completely before mixing it with the sauce. Adding a ladleful of its cooking water makes the sauce looser. Allergens: contains gluten (spaghetti).

Kalan kıymayı bu şekilde değerlendirmek harika bir fikirmiş, zeytin ve kişniş sosa taze bir dokunuş katıyor.
