Add the soaked fava beans, hot water, and salt. Cover and simmer over low heat until the beans and potatoes are very soft.
Blend the cooked mixture until smooth. Add water as needed to adjust the consistency.
Bring the soup back to a brief boil, sprinkle with dried mint, and serve hot.
Important: Hot liquid may splash while blending the soup. Fill the blender only halfway and blend in small batches. Allergen-free.
