A vitamin-rich drink made by juicing fresh mandarins and adding a hint of ginger. It is a refreshing option for breakfast or an energizing start to the day.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Juice the mandarins

5 min

Cut the mandarins in half and juice them with a citrus juicer. Strain out the seeds.

2

Add the ginger

2 min

Stir the finely grated ginger into the freshly squeezed mandarin juice.

3

Thin and strain

3 min

If the juice is too thick, add a little water and strain it through a fine-mesh sieve for a smooth drink without pulp.

4

Serve over ice

2 min

Add ice to glasses, pour the mandarin-ginger mixture over it and serve immediately.

Reminder

Important: Drink the mandarin juice soon after squeezing it, as its vitamin C decreases with exposure to air. Do not add too much ginger, or its sharpness may overpower the mandarins’ sweetness.

Krema yerine yoğurt kullandım, daha hafif bir sonuç aldım.
