Coat each slice in flour, then in beaten egg. Fry in hot oil until golden on both sides.
Stir the crushed garlic into the yogurt.
Drain the fried tomatoes on paper towels and serve with the garlic yogurt sauce. Serve the tomatoes while hot; they lose their crispness as they cool.
Important: Coat the tomato slices in flour just before frying. If you coat them too early, the flour will absorb moisture and lose its crispness. Contains flour (wheat), egg, and yogurt (dairy).
