A light, refreshing frozen yogurt blended with strained yogurt and frozen fruit. A wholesome alternative to ice cream, this cold dessert uses little sugar and gets much of its sweetness from the fruit.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Blend the ingredients

6 min

Add the strained yogurt, frozen fruit, honey, and lemon juice to a blender. Pause occasionally to scrape down the sides, and blend until smooth and creamy.

2

Serve soft or freeze

5 min

Serve the mixture soft right away, or transfer it to a covered container and freeze for a few hours until scoopable. If frozen solid, take it out a few minutes before serving.

Reminder

Contains dairy. For a creamy texture, use frozen fruit and thoroughly strained yogurt; watery yogurt can form ice crystals. Serve soft right away, or freeze for a few hours until scoopable. Allergen note: The ingredient list includes milk and dairy products. Check packaged product labels for other allergens.
