Boil the spaghetti
10 minBoil the spaghetti in salted water for 10 minutes, then drain.
A breakfast dish from Japan’s old-fashioned kissaten cafés, this spaghetti is boiled, then fried in butter with sausage, onion and green pepper and tossed with ketchup. A fried egg on top turns it into a complete breakfast plate.
Boil the spaghetti in salted water for 10 minutes, then drain.
Sauté the onion, green pepper and sliced sausage in butter for 8 minutes.
Add the boiled spaghetti to the pan and stir-fry with the ketchup and black pepper for 7 minutes.
Fry the eggs in a separate pan and place them on top of the spaghetti.
Do not let the spaghetti cool after boiling. Adding it to the pan while hot helps the ketchup cling to it. Allergens: contains gluten (spaghetti) and eggs.
