Makarony po-flotski is a classic Ukrainian home-cooking way to use leftover boiled pasta. Ground beef browned with plenty of onion is mixed with the cooked pasta and finished with butter. It is a hearty dinner that comes together quickly on the stovetop.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Boil the pasta

12 min

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package directions until al dente, then drain.

2

Brown the Ground Beef with the Onion

15 min

Cook the chopped onion and ground beef in butter until the onion is golden.

3

Drain the Pasta and Toss with the Beef

8 min

Add the hot drained pasta to the pan with the ground beef and onion mixture. Season with salt and black pepper and toss to combine.

4

Finish with Butter and Serve

5 min

Before serving, add another small pat of butter on top and stir it in.

Reminder

If you mix the pasta in before browning the ground beef thoroughly with the onion, the fat may separate and pool on the plate. Keep cooking until the onion is golden. Allergen: contains wheat (gluten) and dairy (butter).

Kalan haşlanmış makarnayı değerlendirmek için harika bir tarif, kıymayı bol soğanla kavurunca ev kokusu güzelleşti. Beslenme çantasına da güzel gidiyor.
