This pasta with sucuk sautéed in butter, tomato sauce, and plenty of kashar cheese is a hearty dinner that comes together quickly in one skillet. It is an easy family favorite.
Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water for the time listed on the package, then drain.
Brown the sucuk slices in butter on both sides, then blot off excess fat with a paper towel.
Add the tomato paste, grated tomato, and red pepper flakes to the same skillet and simmer for a few minutes. Add the cooked pasta and stir.
Remove from the heat, add the grated kashar, and stir until melted. Serve hot.
Important: drain off excess fat while browning the sucuk to keep the sauce from becoming too heavy. Add the kashar after removing the pan from the heat; overheating can make it rubbery. Allergens: contains wheat (gluten) and dairy products.
