Add the grated tomato and sauté for a few minutes.
Add the rinsed bulgur, hot water and salt, then close the pressure cooker lid.
Heat the pressure cooker on high until it whistles, then reduce the heat and cook for 7 minutes. Remove it from the heat and wait for the pressure to release naturally. Important: Do not force the pressure release; this can cause burns.
Open the lid, fluff the pilaf gently and serve.
