Soak the prunes in warm water for ten minutes to soften them.
A high-fiber breakfast porridge made with dried plums and gluten-free oats. A filling option for babies from the tenth month onwards as they begin to eat a wider variety of grains.
How to make it?
Stir the oats into the water and cook over low heat until they reach a porridge consistency.
Mash the softened prunes and stir them into the porridge. Leave it to cool until warm, then serve.
Reminder
Important: do not add sugar to baby food; the prunes provide enough natural sweetness. Use oats certified gluten-free. Prunes are a source of fiber; if digestion changes, reduce the amount and consult your child’s doctor. Prepare the porridge fresh and serve it straight away.
