Sos çok sulu kıvamda çıktı bence, birazcık daha kalın olsaydı ekmek üstüne sürmek daha kolay olurdu. Tadı yine de taze ve ferahlatıcıydı, yoğurtla karıştırıp da denedim.

Sosu ne kadar süre buzdolabında saklayabilirim, bir gün sonra rengi solar mı? Kişnişin kokusu çok baskındı, benim için fazla geldi, azaltarak tekrar denemek isterim belki.

Sos benim için biraz fazla ekşi olmuş, limon suyunu azaltmak gerekebilir. Yine de tazeliği ve rengi çok hoştu, tavuk yanında iyi gitti, ikinci kez yaparken azaltacağım.

Kişniş bulamadığımda yerine sadece nane ile denedim, tat daha keskin ama yine de güzel oldu. Sarımsağın az miktarı bile sosu dengeledi, limon ekşiliği de çok yakıştı.
