This quick recipe uses store-bought mini manti, boiled and served with garlic yogurt and a butter sauce with Turkish red pepper flakes. It brings the flavor of manti to a weekend brunch without the lengthy process of shaping dumplings from scratch.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Make the sauces

5 min

Mix the yogurt with the crushed garlic. In a separate skillet, melt the butter, add the Turkish red pepper flakes and dried mint, and cook for a few seconds.

2

Boil the manti

8 min

Bring a large pot of well-salted water to a boil and add the ready-made mini manti. Boil, stirring occasionally, until the dumplings float to the surface.

3

Drain and plate

1 min

Drain the manti and place it over the warm garlic yogurt.

4

Top with the sauce and serve

1 min

Drizzle the butter and red pepper sauce over the top and serve hot immediately.

Reminder

Add plenty of salt to the water when boiling the manti and stir occasionally; otherwise, the dumplings may stick to the bottom of the pot and break apart. Allergens: contains gluten (ready-made mini manti), dairy (yogurt, butter), and egg.
