Inspired by the Japanese tradition of introducing fish early, this baby food combines steamed, boneless salmon fillet with boiled rice, blended until smooth. Carefully removing every pin bone from the salmon is the most important step.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Check the Salmon for Bones

5 min

Feel the salmon fillet with your fingers and remove any remaining pin bones one by one.

2

Steam the Salmon

12 min

Steam the salmon in a steamer over low heat for 12 minutes, until it flakes easily with a fork.

3

Blend into a Puree

5 min

Blend the steamed salmon with the cooked rice until smooth, adding a few spoonfuls of water if needed.

Reminder

Feel the salmon carefully with your fingers and remove any remaining pin bones; even the smallest bone can be a risk for a baby. Let the puree cool until lukewarm before feeding it to the baby. Allergen: contains fish.

Buğulama sırasında suyu tarifte yazandan az koydum ve tencere neredeyse kurudu, somon dibe hafif yapıştı. Suyun seviyesini pişirme boyunca bir kez kontrol etmek gerekiyormuş, ben o adımı atlamışım.
