Add the cumin, cinnamon, baharat spice blend, and crushed garlic cloves to the browned beef. Sauté for another 3 minutes, then remove from the heat.
Spread the seasoned filling on a wide plate and let it cool at room temperature for 15 minutes.
Place a spoonful of the cooled filling in the center of each pastry sheet. Moisten the edges with beaten egg and fold into a triangle.
Heat the frying oil over medium heat. Fry the sambusek for 5 minutes, until golden on both sides.
Keep the frying oil from getting too hot, or the outside will brown quickly while the inside remains raw. Allergens: contains eggs and gluten (pastry).
