Melt leftover kashar, white cheese, and lor in a skillet with eggs. Since the dish contains no source of carbohydrates other than the cheese, it is a low-carb lunch option described as suitable for people with diabetes.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Saute the Green Onions

2 min

Melt the butter in a skillet, add the green onions, and cook for 2 minutes.

2

Add the Cheeses

3 min

Add the cubed kashar, crumbled white cheese, and lor to the skillet. Heat for 3 minutes, until the kashar just begins to melt.

3

Scramble the Eggs

4 min

Crack the eggs into the skillet and add the black pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring for 4 minutes, until combined with the cheeses.

Reminder

Cut the cheeses into small cubes; large pieces will not melt evenly and may clump in the pan. White cheese is salty, so taste before adding any salt. Allergens: Contains egg and milk/dairy (kashar, white cheese, and Turkish whey cheese).
