Boil the pasta
12 minBoil the pasta in salted water for 2 minutes less than the time specified, then drain.
This practical main dish combines boiled pasta with a spicy sauce made with Turkish beef sucuk, then tops it with kashar cheese and briefly air-fries it. The air fryer’s intense circulating heat makes the cheese bubbly and browned in nearly the same time as an oven.
Boil the pasta in salted water for 2 minutes less than the time specified, then drain.
Sauté the onion in olive oil. Add the beef sucuk and red pepper flakes and sauté for another 3 minutes.
Add the tomato paste and mix with the boiled pasta.
Transfer the mixture to an air fryer-safe dish and sprinkle the kashar cheese over the top.
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C / 390°F and cook for 12 minutes, until the kashar melts and the top is browned. If you do not have an air fryer, use an oven preheated to 180°C / 355°F and cook for 15 minutes.
Boil the pasta for 2 minutes less than directed; it will continue cooking in the air fryer, and overcooking it first will make it soft. Do not overfill the air fryer basket, or reduced airflow may keep the kashar from melting evenly. Allergens: contains wheat (gluten) and dairy (kashar cheese).
Makarnayı tam sürede haşladım, airfryer'a girince iyice yumuşadı ve dokusu lapa gibi oldu. Tarifte 2 dakika eksik haşlayın yazıyormuş, ben o kısmı okumadan atlamışım galiba.
Haklısınız, o 2 dakika eksik haşlama gerçekten önemli; airfryer'daki ekstra pişme süresi makarnayı yumuşatmaya devam ediyor. Bir dahaki sefere süreyi kısaltmanızı öneririm.
