These mini whole-wheat pizzas, decorated with colorful vegetables, make an eye-catching snack for children’s birthday parties. Made with lower-calorie ingredients, they stand out for their playful look and balanced ingredient list.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Prepare the Crusts

5 min

Spread a spoonful of tomato sauce on each small lavash round and sprinkle the grated kashar cheese evenly over the top.

2

Make the Vegetable Faces

12 min

Use corn kernels for eyes, olive slices for mouths, red pepper strips for eyebrows, and broccoli florets for hair to make a face on each pizza.

3

Bake

10 min

Arrange the pizzas on a baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 200°C / 390°F for 10 minutes, until the cheese melts and the edges are lightly browned.

4

Cool and Serve

3 min

Let the pizzas cool for 3 minutes after taking them out of the oven, then serve warm.

Reminder

Arrange the vegetable faces just before baking; otherwise, the vegetables may release moisture and make the crust soggy. Allergens: contains wheat (gluten) in the crust and dairy (kashar cheese).
