This quick breakfast syrup is made by mixing grape molasses and tahini with chopped walnuts. No cooking is needed; spread it on bread and serve within minutes.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Shake the tahini

1 min

Shake the tahini well in its container to mix in the oil.

2

Mix

3 min

Stir the grape molasses and tahini together in a bowl until smooth.

3

Serve

1 min

Sprinkle in the chopped walnuts and stir just before serving.

Reminder

Shake the tahini well before mixing it with the grape molasses; separated oil can make the sauce lumpy. Add the walnuts just before serving so they do not absorb moisture and soften. Allergens: contains sesame (tahini) and tree nuts (walnuts).

Sosu bir gün önceden hazırlayıp buzdolabında saklasam ertesi sabah hâlâ akışkan kalır mı, yoksa 4 kişilik porsiyonu servisten önce yeniden mi karıştırmam gerekir, yoksa cevizi de o gün mü eklemeliyim?

Buzdolabında bekleyince biraz koyulaşır ama oda sıcaklığına gelip birkaç kez karıştırınca eski akışkanlığına döner, ekstra malzemeye gerek kalmaz.
