These thin crepes made with whole-wheat flour are filled with banana slices and honey and rolled up. They contain no white flour and make a fiber-rich, filling breakfast. Letting children roll their own crepes makes mealtime fun.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Prepare the batter

10 min

Whisk the whole-wheat flour, eggs, milk, and salt until smooth. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.

2

Cook the crepes

12 min

Cook a thin layer of batter in a greased pan until lightly browned on both sides. This makes eight crepes.

3

Fill and roll

3 min

Divide the banana slices and honey among the crepes, then roll them up.

Reminder

Keep the pan over medium heat; an overly hot pan will quickly burn the whole-wheat batter and make the crepes brittle. Allergens: contains gluten (whole-wheat flour), eggs, and dairy.

İlk krebi 12 dakikada değil, tavamı iyi ısıtamadığım için neredeyse 20 dakikada pişirdim; sonraki krepler tava ısınınca hızlandı ve toplamda tarifteki süreye yakınladı. İlk krep her zaman biraz sorunlu çıkıyor sanki.
