A baby snack made with strained yogurt and pear, rich in probiotics and vitamins. This refreshing, mildly sweet option is for babies beginning dairy foods in their eighth month.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Cook the pear

10 min

Dice the peeled pear and steam it, or cook it with a little water, for about 10 minutes until soft enough to mash with a fork.

2

Mash and add the yogurt

5 min

Mash the pear with a fork and let it cool slightly. Once lukewarm, stir in the strained yogurt and serve fresh to your baby.

Reminder

Important: Do not add sugar to baby food; the pear’s natural sweetness is enough. Use full-fat, plain strained yogurt. Introduce new foods one at a time, watch for signs of an allergic reaction, and consult your doctor about your baby’s feeding routine. Prepare the mash fresh and serve immediately. Contains dairy. Allergen: The ingredient list includes dairy. Check packaged product labels for other allergens.
