Wash and peel the zucchini, then cut it into cubes.
A light, easy-to-digest zucchini puree made with a single main ingredient. Its soft texture and mild flavor make it suitable for babies starting complementary foods, and it can be safely served from the age of six months onward.
How to make it?
Steam the zucchini or cook it in a pot with a little water until tender.
Blend the cooked zucchini with a little of the cooking water until smooth.
Reminder
Important: Do not add salt or sugar to baby food; the zucchini’s natural flavor is enough. When introducing new foods, follow the three-day rule and watch for signs of an allergic reaction. Consult your child’s pediatrician about their feeding routine. Serve the puree fresh; store it in a covered container in the refrigerator for no more than 24 hours.
