Your recipe's name, category and the story that brought you to it.

Recipe name *0/80 Recipe name is required — give your recipe a name. Put the region or technique in the title: words like “Baked”, “Kayseri-style” or “Quick” help it stand out in search.

Category * Choose a category so your recipe ends up on the right shelf.

Cuisine (optional)

Description and story * Write a short story — the recipe card preview is taken from it. The first two sentences appear as a preview on the recipe card — open with your strongest sentence.

Storage and reminders (optional) The reminder can be up to 5000 characters. Shown in the reminder box on the recipe page.

Allergen note (optional) The allergen note can be up to 5000 characters. Shown as a separate allergen note on the recipe page.

The details that fill the facts strip on the recipe page.

Yield (servings) * Enter how many units your recipe makes.

Cooking temperature (°C) (optional)

The time is the sum of the times you enter in the method steps; difficulty is also set from this total.

Ingredients

List them in the order you use them. You can split them into groups like “Dough” or “Filling” and give each ingredient an alternative.

Secrets of writing a good recipe

From the editorial team

Keep the title clear. “Kayseri-style manti” instead of “Manti” — region and technique build trust.
Keep your story short. Two or three sentences are enough; let the first one whet the appetite.
Give amounts in standard measures. “1 teaspoon” instead of “a little”.
Suggest alternatives. If you offer a substitute for a hard-to-find ingredient, far more people will try the recipe.

The recipe and images you submit must be your own work. Content that belongs to others is rejected in review.
