Airfryer shrimp Korean egg bites are a quick dish made by whisking eggs with shrimp and sesame oil, then air-frying in muffin tins. Dividing the mixture evenly between the tins matters for the bites to cook in the same time.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Make the mixture

6 min

Whisk the eggs and mix with the shrimp, sesame oil and spring onion.

2

Divide into tins

4 min

Divide the mixture evenly between muffin tins.

3

Air-fry

12 min

Air-fry the tins at 160°C for 12 minutes. If you do not have an air fryer, you can bake them in a preheated oven for the same amount of time.

Reminder

Divide the mixture evenly between the tins, or uneven filling will make some bites cook faster. If you do not have an air fryer, you can bake them in a preheated oven instead. Allergens: contains egg, shellfish (shrimp), sesame (sesame oil).

Editor's Note Editörün Notu

Adding a pinch of fresh spring onion to the mixture brings a light freshness to the bites.

Karışımı kalıplara tarifte söylendiği gibi eşit paylaştırmadım, birkaç kalıp fazla dolunca 12 dakikanın sonunda içleri hafif akışkan kaldı; birkaç dakika daha pişirmem gerekti, bir dahaki sefere ölçüye dikkat edeceğim.
