Made by combining oat flour and whole wheat flour with sesame seeds, rolling the dough thin and cooking it in the airfryer, these crackers add a whole-grain, crunchy companion to the breakfast table. The airfryer cuts the cooking time compared to a regular oven.
Mix the oat flour, whole wheat flour, salt and sesame seeds in a bowl. Add the olive oil and water and knead until you get a firm dough.
Roll the dough out between two sheets of paper to 2 mm thick, then cut it into small squares with a knife or pizza cutter.
Arrange the cut squares in a single layer in the airfryer basket and cook at 180°C for 5 minutes, checking occasionally, until crisp. If you do not have an airfryer, you can bake them in an oven preheated to 180°C for the same amount of time.
Do not crowd the crackers in the airfryer basket; if there is no space between them they will not all crisp up evenly. Allergens: contains wheat (gluten), sesame.
