Marinate
15 minToss the beef cubes with the ginger, garlic, olive oil, salt and black pepper, then let them rest in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Airfryer ginger beef cubes are a low-calorie late-night snack made by cooking marinated beef cubes with very little oil in the airfryer. The sugar-free marinade makes it a diabetes-friendly option.
Toss the beef cubes with the ginger, garlic, olive oil, salt and black pepper, then let them rest in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Arrange the marinated beef in a single layer in the airfryer basket and cook at 200°C for 20 minutes, shaking occasionally. If you don't have an airfryer, you can grill it in an oven preheated to 200°C for 20 minutes instead.
Transfer the cooked beef cubes to a warm serving plate and, if you like, finish with an extra pinch of black pepper.
Marinate the beef in the fridge, not at room temperature, for food safety. Do not overcrowd the airfryer basket or the meat will steam instead of browning. Allergens: this recipe does not contain any of the common allergen groups.
