Leftover grilled meat is thinly sliced and tossed with fresh spinach, walnuts and white cheese to make a filling salad suited to a ketogenic diet. The warmth of the meat lightly wilts the spinach, enriching its texture.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Warm the Meat

5 min

Thinly slice the leftover grilled meat and warm it gently in a pan for 5 minutes.

2

Make the Dressing

3 min

Whisk the olive oil and lemon juice together to make the dressing.

3

Toss Together

5 min

Put the fresh spinach in a bowl and scatter the warm meat slices over it; this step lightly wilts the spinach.

4

Garnish and Serve

5 min

Sprinkle with cracked walnuts and crumbled white cheese, drizzle with the dressing and serve.

Reminder

Toss the spinach as soon as you add the hot meat, or only part of it will wilt. Allergens: contains nuts (walnut), dairy (white cheese).

Editor's Note Editörün Notu

Hazelnuts can be used instead of walnuts; the crunch stays the same.
