Soak the oats
480 minMix the oats with the milk and cinnamon, cover and chill overnight, at least 8 hours.
Inspired by Irish breakfast tables, this parfait is made by soaking oats overnight and layering them with grated apple and yoghurt in a jar. Never touching the oven, it makes for a ready-to-go breakfast in the morning.
Mix the oats with the milk and cinnamon, cover and chill overnight, at least 8 hours.
Spread the soaked oats in the base of a jar, then layer the yoghurt and grated apple on top.
Drizzle honey over the top, seal the jar and serve, or keep it chilled until ready.
Don't forget to soak the oats the night before, or they will stay tough and hard to chew in the morning. Allergens: contains milk and dairy (yoghurt).
Adding the apple as the very last layer keeps it from browning before you serve.

Haklısınız, yulafın gerçekten yumuşaması için en az 8 saat gerekiyor; kısa süre bıraktığınızda tanecikli kalıyor. Akşamdan hazırlayıp sabah katmanları oluşturmanızı öneririm.
