Made by freezing fresh fruit puree and yogurt in molds, this additive-free, homemade fruit ice pop is all-natural. With adjustable sugar content, it's a practical snack that kids especially love.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Puree the fruit

5 min

Blend the strawberries with honey and lemon juice until smooth.

2

Mix with the yogurt

3 min

Add the strained yogurt to the fruit puree and mix until homogeneous.

3

Fill the molds and freeze

360 min

Divide the mixture among popsicle molds, insert the sticks, and freeze for at least six hours until fully firm.

Reminder

Important: Leave a few centimeters of space at the top when filling the molds, otherwise the mixture may overflow as it freezes. Allergen: contains milk and dairy products. Can be kept sealed in the freezer for three weeks.

Editor's Note Editörün Notu

If you fill the mold halfway with the mixture and let it sit for fifteen minutes before placing the sticks in, the sticks stay fixed in the center of the mold and don't tip over.
