Bazlama

· baz-la-ma

sacda pişen yumuşak yassı ekmek

Bazlama is a thickish, soft flatbread made from leavened dough rolled into a round shape and cooked on a griddle. Since it uses little yeast, it rises slightly and cooks quickly. It is one of the traditional breads of village tables.

Where It's Used

“Roll out the bazlama to medium thickness and cook both sides on a hot griddle.”
