tarhunlu tereyağ sosu

Béarnaise is a derivative of hollandaise sauce flavored with tarragon, chives, and wine vinegar. It takes its name from the Béarn region of France and is served especially with grilled red meats. Since it is based on an egg yolk-butter emulsion, it requires temperature control.

Where It's Used

“Serve béarnaise sauce in a separate dish alongside grilled steak slices.”
