These Filipino-style steamed shrimp dumplings are filled with chopped shrimp mixed with green onion and sesame oil, wrapped in thin dough, and steamed. Keep the steamer above the boiling water so the dumplings do not touch the water and fall apart.

Knead the flour with a little water and roll the dough out thinly. Cut it into squares, fill each with the shrimp mixture, and wrap.
Place the dumplings in a steamer at least 2 cm above the boiling water and steam for 13 minutes.
Keep the steamer at least 2 cm above the boiling water; dumplings that touch the water may fall apart. Do not roll the dough too thick, or the filling may cook before the dough does. Allergens: contains wheat (gluten), shrimp (crustacean shellfish), and sesame (sesame oil).
