Beat the eggs and mix with the chopped herbs, walnuts, flour, salt, and black pepper.
Grease the inside of a baking dish with olive oil and pour in the mixture.
Bake in a preheated oven for 35 minutes, until the top is lightly golden.
Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.
