A classic meze salad enjoyed at Turkish tables, made by combining boiled potatoes, carrots and peas with pickles and mayonnaise. Its fresh, satisfying flavor makes it a popular choice for family meals and gatherings.
Boil the potatoes and carrots, unpeeled, in water until tender. Drain and leave them to cool.
Dice the cooled potatoes and carrots; add the cooked peas and drained pickles.
Add the mayonnaise and salt, then gently mix until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
Transfer the salad to a serving dish, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and serve cold.
Important: Let the vegetables cool completely after boiling before chopping them; otherwise, the mayonnaise will melt and the salad will become watery. Contains egg (mayonnaise).
