Hoành thánh are Vietnamese wontons filled with shrimp and minced chicken, wrapped in thin wonton wrappers and fried. Cooked in an air fryer with a little oil, they turn crisp on the outside while the filling stays juicy and flavorful.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Prepare the filling

15 min

In a bowl, mix the chopped shrimp, minced chicken, scallions, ginger, fish sauce, ground black pepper, and sesame oil until the mixture becomes sticky.

2

Fold the dumplings

15 min

Place half of a 5 ml measure of filling in the center of a wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, fold it into a triangle, then press the ends together to seal.

3

Air-fry the dumplings

12 min

Lightly brush the air-fryer basket with oil and arrange the dumplings in a single layer. Cook at 200°C / 390°F for 12 minutes, until golden. If you do not have an air fryer, bake them on a tray in an oven preheated to 200°C / 390°F for the same amount of time.

4

Serve

3 min

Serve the cooked dumplings hot. If you like, drizzle a few drops of sesame oil over them.

Reminder

Seal the wrapper edges firmly to keep the filling from leaking during cooking. Arrange the dumplings in a single layer in the air fryer so they cook evenly. Allergens: shellfish (shrimp), fish (fish sauce), wheat (gluten), and sesame (sesame oil).

Bu dolguları dondurucuya kaldırmadan önce airfryer'da hiç pişirmeden çiğ olarak dondursam, sonradan pişirirken tarifte yazan 12 dakikalık süre değişir mi, yoksa yine yeterli olur mu acaba?
