A simple staple of Lebanese meze tables, this dish air-fries leftover flatbread with olive oil and cumin until crisp. Free of added sweetener, this crunchy snack comes together quickly for a crowded gathering.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Prepare the flatbread

5 min

Cut the leftover flatbread into triangular pieces.

2

Season

5 min

Toss the pieces with the olive oil, cumin and salt.

3

Air-fry

12 min

Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook on a medium setting for twelve minutes, until crisp.

Reminder

Do not pile the pieces on top of each other in the air fryer basket, or some will not crisp up enough. Allergens: contains gluten (flatbread).

Editor's Note Editörün Notu

You can also use za'tar instead of cumin; both are common choices in Lebanese cooking.
