Prepared by wrapping red mullet with tomatoes, peppers, and onions in parchment paper and baking, this recipe lets the fish cook in its own steam and stay juicy. It's ideal for those looking for a light and practical dinner.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Prepare the vegetables

10 min

Slice the tomato, bell pepper and onion into a bowl, and toss with olive oil, salt and black pepper.

2

Place the fish on the paper

5 min

Spread half of the vegetable mixture over the parchment paper, arrange the cleaned red mullets on top, then place the remaining vegetables and lemon slices over the fish.

3

Close the paper and bake

25 min

Fold the parchment tightly closed and bake in a preheated oven until the fish flesh flakes easily with a fork.

Reminder

Important: When taking the paper parcel out of the oven, open it away from your face so the steam doesn't hit you. Allergen: contains only fish.

Editor's Note Editörün Notu

If you add a few lemon slices before closing the paper, it slightly livens up both the aroma and the taste of the fish.
