Cold pasta with yoghurt and walnuts is a quick dish made by tossing boiled pasta with a garlicky yoghurt sauce and topping it with crushed walnuts. Since it's served cold, it also packs well into a lunchbox.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Boil the pasta

10 min

Boil the pasta in salted water for 10 minutes, then drain and rinse it under cold water.

2

Make the sauce

Mix the strained yoghurt with the crushed garlic and salt.

3

Toss and serve

Toss the cooled pasta with the sauce, then sprinkle over the crushed walnuts and dried mint and finish with a drizzle of olive oil before serving.

Reminder

Rinse the pasta in cold water before mixing in the sauce — hot pasta will thin out the yoghurt. If packing it in a lunchbox, carry the walnuts separately and sprinkle them on just before eating. Allergens: contains wheat (gluten), milk and dairy, and tree nuts (walnut).
