A simple, sugar-free snack made by washing and destemming grapes, then freezing them for a few hours. It's a practical, healthy option for families with children looking for an alternative to ice cream on hot summer days.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Prepare the grapes

8 min

Remove the grapes from the stem and wash them thoroughly, then pat dry with a paper towel.

2

Arrange on a tray

2 min

Arrange the dried grapes in a single layer on a tray, making sure they don't touch each other.

3

Freeze

180 min

Place the tray in the freezer and let it sit for at least 3 hours until the grapes are completely firm.

4

Serve with mint

2 min

Transfer the frozen grapes to a bowl and serve with finely chopped mint if desired.

Reminder

Important: Be sure to remove the stems from the grapes and dry them thoroughly before freezing, otherwise they will stick together while freezing. When serving to young children, cut the grapes in half to reduce the choking risk.

Editor's Note Editörün Notu

If you arrange the grapes in a single layer on a tray and freeze them, you get pieces that separate easily once frozen, which you can transfer to a storage container.
