Peaches, lightly caramelised in the air fryer, are blended with sugar syrup and frozen to make this sorbet, carrying the elegance of French fruit desserts. Free of nuts, it is a dessert everyone can safely enjoy at a brunch table.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Roast the peaches

12 min

Arrange the peach slices loosely in the air fryer basket and roast at 190°C for 12 minutes, until the edges caramelise. If you do not have an air fryer, roast them in an oven at the same temperature for 12 minutes instead.

2

Blend with the syrup

8 min

Boil the sugar with the water for 5 minutes, then blend it with the roasted peaches and lemon juice.

3

Freeze it

150 min

Pour the mixture into a wide, shallow container and freeze, stirring with a fork every 30 minutes for the first 90 minutes, for a total of 150 minutes.

4

Serve

5 min

Scoop the sorbet into bowls and serve right away.

Reminder

Do not crowd the peach slices in the air fryer, since touching edges caramelise unevenly. If you do not have an air fryer, roast them in an oven at the same temperature for 12 minutes instead.
