Lamb mince kneaded with fresh coriander, ginger and garam masala is shaped onto skewers and cooked quickly in the airfryer. Inspired by India's famous seekh kebab tradition, this is a spicy showstopper for a party table.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Knead the mixture

10 min

Knead the lamb mince with the coriander, ginger, garlic, chili, garam masala, cumin, salt and the drained grated onion until the mixture is sticky and homogeneous.

2

Shape onto skewers

8 min

With wet hands, take a palmful of the mixture and press it evenly and thinly around metal skewers.

3

Cook in the airfryer

12 min

Heat the airfryer to 200°C and cook the skewers for 12 minutes, turning once halfway, until the surface is browned. If you don't have an airfryer, you can grill them in a preheated oven at the same temperature for 15 minutes.

Reminder

Using mince that isn't too lean helps the kebabs hold together on the skewer — if needed, you can add a few drops of oil. This recipe contains no known allergens.
