Soak the dates in hot water for 15 minutes, drain, then mash with a fork into a smooth paste.

2

Mix the dough

Mix the mashed dates with the mashed banana, oats, cinnamon, walnuts and baking powder to make a sticky dough.

3

Shape the cookies

10 min

Pull off tablespoon-sized pieces of dough, flatten them slightly, and arrange them on a baking-paper-lined tray.

4

Bake

20 min

Bake in an oven preheated to 170°C for 20 minutes, until the edges turn lightly golden, then let cool on the tray.
