A filling breakfast bowl made by blending frozen banana with milk and oats, then topping with fresh fruit and nuts. Eaten with a spoon, its thick consistency sets it apart from a classic smoothie, offering a heartier morning meal.

Step by Step

How to make it?

1

Freeze the bananas

120 min

Slice the bananas and arrange in a single layer on a tray, then freeze for at least 2 hours.

2

Blend

5 min

Blend the frozen banana slices with milk, oats, and honey until thick and smooth.

3

Transfer to a bowl

2 min

Transfer the mixture to a bowl and smooth the surface.

4

Garnish and serve

3 min

Sprinkle sliced strawberries and chopped walnuts on top and serve immediately.

Reminder

Important: Slice the bananas and freeze them at least 2 hours in advance; the bowl only gets a thick, spoonable consistency with frozen banana. Allergen: oats may contain gluten (cross-contamination), contains milk.

Editor's Note Editörün Notu

Adding granola or dried fruit on top can make the bowl both crunchier and more filling.
